Learn more about our commitment to safety

Dear Oakhill Day School Parents:

We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our children and staff at our school.

As more cases of COVID-19 are reported, please know that we are adhering to all state and public health guidelines. We have precautions to protect the health of our students and staff.

  1. We disinfect our school and busses nightly by spraying down all surfaces and fogging all rooms with highly concentrated disinfectant.
  2. Maintain vigorous cleaning protocol throughout the day - wipe down tables, chairs, door handles, light fixtures, toys, and any items that serve as potential touchpoints for germs.
  3. All classes will be separated by 10 children or less.
  4. We promote active handwashing throughout the day.
  5. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the school.
  6. Currently parents are allowed in the building for pickup/drop-off only, and are limited to 15 minutes in the building.

The safety and health of all children and staff is our top priority. We will continue to follow the federal and state public health guidelines as they develop with regard to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate with parents as necessary.
